1. Returns and Refunds Policy

At Aetheris Concepts, all sales are final. Please read the following terms carefully before making your purchase.

1.1 No Returns

We do not accept returns on any orders, domestic or international. All items are sold as-is and are non-returnable.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items purchased on sale or during promotional events
• Any other item for which all sales are final

1.3 No Refunds

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Shipping delays
• Incorrect size or fit

1.4 Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email us at info@aetherisconcepts.com within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

1.5 Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, orders are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.
